Gray Construction & Realty, Inc. has been operating in Richmond, VA since 1981.  The company was founded by George Gray Sr., George Gray Jr. and Michael Gervasoni.  George Gray Jr. has been the company's president since it's inception.  Mr. Gray graduated from VA Tech with degrees in Business Finance and Civil Engineering and has over 30 years experience in the field.  Michael Gervasoni is the vice president and like George Jr. has been in construction for over 30 years.

Our goal is to make the construction process as stress free as possible at a reasonable cost.  We maintain a low cost overhead, are self capitalized, pay our bills promptly and have long term relationships with sub contractors and suppliers.  This transfers into a quality product at a lower cost.
